  • Both digital and non-digital social listening techniques have been used to identify knowledge, gaps and rumors in relation to COVID 19 vaccines. Rapid development and penetration of social media has made it a potent tool that can be use deployed to communicate correct information regarding COVID 19 vaccination. Unfortunately, social media has also been used to propagate misinformation and undermine vaccination efforts.
